Dublin Airport Police and Fire Service go above and beyond the call of duty
Wednesday, May 18th, 2011
In just over a month 10 members of the heroic Dublin Airport Police and Fire Service will go above and beyond the call of duty; they will row the breadth of the Irish Sea all to raise awareness of suicide prevention.
Arekibo recently launched the charity’s new website and Facebook page, both of which have given the organisation the ability to increase public awareness of their hard work and of the work they are doing for 3Ts (Turn the Tide of Suicide).
“Over the past couple of years the Dublin Airport Fire Service have been involved in different charity challenges including Mountain Climbing and Sea Rowing. Without a professionally designed website our efforts to attract sponsors and to inform the general public of these events would have been made extremely difficult. Thanks to Arekibo and in particular the hard work and patience of Vanessa McCallion who is the Senior Project Manager at the company, Vanessa’s determination and expertise provided us with a website which is not only excellently designed but includes all the information we required and more including charity awareness information, photographs, video clips, public donation capability and information about our sponsors and links to their sites.
It has been an absolute pleasure to have been involved with Arekibo and we can honestly say it has been a privilege. ”
